At Ginger Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your children's clothing items for any reason, we're happy to offer returns within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We currently only offer refunds rather than exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
